The AD5062 a member of the nanoDAC family, is a single full accurate 16-bit unbuffered voltage out DAC in a SOT-23
The 16-bit DAC provides a maximum 1LSB INL linearity error. As it is unbuffered it allows the user to add additional buffering for specific drive requirements or output scaling. The part utilizes a versatile three-wire serial Interface that operates at Clock rates up to 30 MHz and is compatible with standard SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE and DSP Interface standards. The reference for the AD5062 is supplied from an external REF pin with a reference Buffer provided on chip to simplify application of the device. The part incorporates a power-on-reset circuit that depending on model ensures the DAC output powers up to zero volts/ mid scale and remains there until a valid write takes place to the device. The part also contains a power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to 1 A at 5 V and provides software selectable output loads while in power-down mode. Power-down mode is activated over the serial Interface with very low glitch on power up.
