Monolithic RF Amplitude and Phase Shifter
The AD8341 is a high performance RF vector Modulator that operates over an input frequency range from 1.5GHz to 2.4GHz. The part enables continuous and independent amplitude and phase adjustment capabilities. A complete 360 of phase adjustment and greater than 30dB of gain control is augmented through a Broadband Cartesian I/Q Interface The I and Q Interface offers a full power signal bandwidth of 230MHz which CAN be driven single ended or differentially, with a 500mV full scale input.
The AD8341 is supplied in 24-lead LFCSP and fully specified over 40 to 85C temperature range.
