Feature core devices with 4k memory and advanced features including an A/D converter These single-chip CMOS devices are suited for applications requiring a full featured controller with an 8-bit A/D converter Pin and software compatible (different VCC range) 16k/32k OTP (One Time Programmable) versions are available (COP87L88CF Family) for pre-production, and for use with a range of COP8 software and hardware development tools.
Family features include an 8-bit memory mapped architecture, 10 MHz CKI with 1 ?s instruction cycle, two multi-function 16-bit Timer Counters MICROWIRE/PLUS? serial I/O, one 8-bit/8-channel A/D converter with prescaler and both differential and single ended modes, crystal or R/C Oscillator two power saving HALT/IDLE modes, idle Timer MIWU, high current outputs, software selectable I/O options, WATCHDOG? Timer and Clock Monitor, 2.5V to 6.0V operation and 28/40/44 pin packages.
