Differential Input LVDS Output 2:1 2.1-GHz Multiplexer

The IDT858018 is a high performance 2:1 Differential-to-LVPECL Multiplexer and is a member of the HiPerClockS family of high performance Clock solutions from IDT. The IDT858018 differential inputs have internal termination resistors and when used in conjunction with the VT0/VT1 pins, allow the inputs to Interface with several differential signal types. The IDT858018 is packaged in a small, 3mm x 3mm VFQFN package, making it ideal for use on space-constrained boards. One LVPECL output INx, nINx inputs CAN accept the following differential input levels: LVPECL, LVDs CML Maximum output frequency: > 2.1GHz Propagation delay: 280ps (typical) Part-to-part skew: TBD Additive phase jitter, RMS: TBD Supply voltage range: (LVPECL), 2.375V to 3.63V Supply voltage range: (ECL), -3.63V to -2.375V -40C to 85C ambient operating temperature Available in both standard and lead-free RoHS compliant packages By Integrated Device Technology
