LASER DIODESLD360-DW is a laser for the spectral range 3.590 - 3.690mm
based on InAsSbP/InAsSb/InAsSbP DHS Laser Diodes with
optical waveguides.
Laser Diode LD360-DW CAN operate at cryogenic
temperature and up to 100 K in both quasi-CW and pulsed
regimes.
In LD360-DW Laser Diode is mounted in compact Dewar
with heating system and thermistor inside. Increasing
