The LMll2 seres are micropower Operational Amplifiers with very Iow input offset voltage and input offset current errors at least a factor of ten better than FET Amplifiers overthefullmilitary temperature range Of 55OC to 1250G . Similarto the LM108 series , these devces use superbeta Transistors . Additionally , they include internal frequency compensation and provide for offset adjustments with a single potentiometer . These Amplifiers wlll operate on supply voltage of 2 V to 20V , drawing a qulescent current of only 300 Performance 15 not appreciably atfeCted over this range of voltages , 50 these devices CAN be easily operated from unregulated power sources . They CAN also be operated ona 5 ingle supply . The LM112 protection for the MOS compens ion capacitorto prevent failure caused by short duration overvoltage spikes on the supplies . Unlike other internally compensated Amplifiers . these devices CAN be overcompensated with an external capacitor to increase the stability margin , The LMI 12 15 characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of 55OC to 125OC .
