This family is unity gain stable and has a gain bandwidth product of 1 MHz (typical). These devices operate with a single supply voltage as low as 1.8V. These features make the family of op amps well suited for single-supply, battery-powered applications. The MCP6401 MCP6401R MCP6401U family is designed with Microchip’s advanced CMOS process and offered in single packages.
