82-Bit Duplex/Triplex VFD Controller/Driver With Digital Dimming, Keyscan

The ML9228 is a full CMOS controller/driver for Duplex or Triplex Vacuum Fluorescent Display tube. It conststs of 82-segment driver outputs and 3-grid pre-driver outputs, so that it CAN drive directly up to 246-segment VFD ML9228 features a digital dimming function, a 5 ,6 keyscan circuit.
