The Samsung S3C4F60 is the world's first 65nm single-chip Mobile TV Channel Decoder RF SoC designed to enable low-cost, rapid implementation of multi-band (VHF III, UHF and L-band) and multi- standard (DVB-H/T, DAB, DAB-IP, T-DMB and ISDB-T 1/3 segment) Mobile Digital TV (MDTV) applications that work on most widely deployed MDTV networks worldwide. After only a minimal hardware design effort, the chip makes possible TV reception in a variety of handheld devices such as smartphones, portable media players, feature phones, 3G phones and more. In addition, the S3C4F60 delivers the world's best mobile performance (Doppler Frequency: 180 Hz @ 650 MHz, 16 QAM, CR: 2/3, MPE FEC CR: 3/4, 8 K, GI = 1/4), enabling outstanding mobile TV reception quality to enhance the users' viewing experience.
