ZXCT1050 - Wide Common-mode Input Current Output MonitorThe ZXCT1050 is a wide input range current monitor, which operates over a range of input voltages from ground up to VCC-2V. As a result the ZXCT1050 CAN be used on the high or low side of the load. It also has the ability to measure current consumed by P/PLD core rails.
Its separate supply pin allows the device to continue functioning under short circuit conditions.
The ZXCT1050 uses two external resistors to set its overall gain whereas the ZXCT1051 has these resistors internally to preset the gain to 10.
