ZXSC380 - Cost Effective Single Cell LED Driver

The ZXSC380 is a highly integrated LED Driver suitable for operation from single or multiple cells. It has been designed for applications requiring a stup-up from very low input voltages. These applications mainly operate from 1.5V or 1.2V cells. The ZXSC380 generates constant current pulses that are ideal for driving single or multiple LEDs over a wide range of operating voltages. The ZXSC380 uses a PFM control technique to drive an internal switching Transistor and will start up under full load conditions from an input voltage as low as 1V. The ZXSC380 is offered in the PCB space saving SOT23 package, requiring only an external inductor to drive 1 or more LEDs
