After you start PFMA the program will stay in your computer's system tray to make it easier to restart. Simply double click on the icon and PFMA will start again. If you need to shut down the program completely right-click on the icon in the system tray and select 'Exit'. this is the image
Main program window
The main window shows a list of files/folders. This list includes additional information about managed files like file size, create time, file type .
In the main program window,you can find those buttons(Login,Logout,config,Creat Html,Tree View ,Find ,Official site,Donate)
When you click LOGIN. you will see the login dialog.In this dialog,you may input your user name,password.if you first login,your user name and passwrod are prepared.If you don't need the soft to prepared these,you can Click the CONFIG button to cancel this function.
when you click CONFIG.you will see the config dialog.In this dialog,you can set/cancel auto login,and set html file number(these html files can index the category).If you change the File Archive Path,you have to copy the previous folders to the new folder.
When you click Creat Html,the soft will create some index files in every categories folder,this function is very useful when you want to burn a category to a cd-rom.When you check these index html files,you wiil kown what content the CD-ROM include.
If you forget the files belong to which category,you can click the FIND button. this is the Find dialog
